Robert Iceman Smith, 95, of High Point, passed away Monday, December 29, 2025, at the Hospice Home of High Point.
Born August 18, 1930, in Monroe, NC, he was a son of the late Clayton Smith and the late Ada Iceman Smith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Hilda Rebecca Crook Smith, who passed away April 20, 2023, and his siblings, Clayton Smith and Elizabeth Smith Parker.
Mr. Smith served in the United States National Guard and later was a Charter Pilot.
Left to cherish his memory; his daughter, Ann Bump and husband Lawrence; grandchildren, Kelley Sharpe and husband Andy, and McKelvey Bump and wife Lauren; and his great grandchildren, Madeline Sharpe and Connor Sharpe.
A private graveside will be held in Monroe.
