Robert E. Snow Jr., 83, of Marlette, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on
Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

Robert was born on July 22, 1942 in East Detroit, Michigan to the late Robert and Virginia
(Wiseman) Snow. He moved to Marlette as a teenager and graduated from Marlette High
School in 1960. Robert attended Alma College, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Math. After
college he joined the United States Army and served his country for two years. After
teaching math for one year, he returned to Marlette to manage Snow Screw Products, a
family-owned business, until he retired.

He married Susan Wilson in 1969 in Marlette and recently celebrated 56 years of marriage.

Robert's many hobbies included bowling and golf, and he was an avid drag racer. He loved
talking cars with his drag racing buddies.

Robert is survived by his wife, Susan; daughters Michelle L. Snow (Mark Wilson) and
Stephanie A. Snow (Michael Rogers); brothers-in-law, Jim E. Wilson (Dawn) and Bruce H.
Wilson; and several nieces and nephews.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, John Wilson.

Friends may share an online condolence at www.marshfuneral.com. Memorials in his
honor may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Forgotten Harvest, or the
American Cancer Society.

A memorial service to honor his life is being planned for a future date.
