Robert Ronnie Spigner

LIFE REFLECTIONS
Mr. Robert Ronnie Spigner, 69, departed this earthly life and entered into eternal rest on Friday September 9, 2022 in Columbia, South Carolina. Born in Richland County on October 30, 1952, he was a son of the late Frank and Dorothy Williams Spigner. Mr. Spigner was educated in the Richland One School District and was a graduate of C. A. Johnson High School. Mr. Spigner served his country in the United States Navy, at the Naval Station of Norfolk, Virginia. As a Navy Seaman, he traveled to various parts of the world. After leaving the Military, he was employed at William Jennings Bryan Dorn Department of the Veteran Affairs Medical Center in the Enrollment Office. In his leisure time, he enjoyed fishing and playing cards, especially spades. But most all, he was a loyal football fan of the "The Dallas Cowboys."
In addition to his parents, father Frank and mother Dorothy Williams Spigner, he was preceded in death by four siblings, Glenda Waxter Spigner, Sandra Spigner, Frank Spigner and Kenneth Spigner.
Mr. Spigner leaves to cherish precious memories, daughters: Taronda Spigner of Las Vegas, Nevada and Tia Spigner of Suiteland, Maryland; sons: Terrence Heller and Avery Sumter, both of Columbia, SC, Micheas Graham of Charlotte, NC and Baxter Kirvin of Dallas, Texas; Two Sisters: Jacqueline Spigner of Newark, New Jersey; Deborah Spigner of Columbia SC. Ten grandchildren: Todjah, Avery, Teondre, Taijah, Zalia, Maleiya, Daniel, Arden, Navi, Ava, and one great-grandchild, Avery Sumter, Jr. and numerous other relatives and friends.
