Dayville – Robert Francis St. Jean, 60, of Ware Rd., Formerly of Mohegan St., Putnam, died Thursday, February 5, 2026, at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the loving fiancé of Rhonda Markowitz. Born in Pawtucket, RI, he was the son of the late Theodore A. St. Jean and Florence R. (McCaffrey) Boyer.
Mr. St. Jean worked for many years as a carpenter for GJL Construction and was an avid fisherman.
He is survived by his fiancé, Rhonda J. Markowitz; his children, Robert St. Jean of Rogers, Matthew St. Jean of Milford, Albert "A.J." St. Jean of TX, Ryan St. Jean of Rogers, and Heidi Garbutt of RI; his siblings, Timothy, Theodore St. Jean, Lisa Dauphinais, Debra Beaudreau, and Lori Shaw, and his six grandchildren, Jack, Rex, Isabelle, Matthew, Hayden, Avery, and Hazel. He was predeceased by his two brothers, Andrew and Louie St. Jean
