Robert John Stanczak

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Robert "Bob" John Stanczak, who departed this world peacefully on Saturday, October 18th, 2025, at the age of 55. Born on Friday, July 31st, 1970 in Detroit, Michigan, Robert was a cherished resident of Algonac, Michigan.
Bob was a dedicated and extremely successful sales representative, carving out a respected 28-year career with his last year with his dream company, Southwest Elevator in Dallas, Texas. He was a proud alumnus of Ferris State University, where he earned his Bachelor's Degree and equipped himself with the skills that fueled his professional journey.
He was a devoted family man, lovingly survived by his cherished wife, Ginger Lea Stanczak, and his beloved children, son Kyle Robert Stanczak and daughter Grace Lea Stanczak. He also leaves behind his brother Jeffrey Stanczak of Scottsdale, AZ. Beloved son-in-law to Cynthia Gober and brother-in-law to Gretchen (David) Martin and Casey (Jennesa) Gober. Cherished uncle of Ben and Sam Martin, Noah, Lukas, Levi, and Laney Gober. Bob was preceded in death by his parents and father-inlaw, Robert John Stanczak and Judith Ann Stanczak, and Robert Gober, who undoubtedly welcomed him with open arms.
Bob's life was a testament to kindness and generosity. He was a lover of life who found joy in the simple pleasures. He was a passionate fan of the Lions, Tigers, Red Wings, and Cubs, a dedicated golfer, an avid pool player, and an enthusiastic angler. Country music's melodies filled his days, and his loyal dogs were constant companions.
His presence enriched the lives of all who knew him. To honor Bob's memory, a Memorial Gathering will be held at Light of Christ Church (1700 Longmeadow Pkwy) in Algonquin, IL, on Saturday, October 25th, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by a Celebration of Life from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Pancreatic Society in Bob's name, continuing his legacy of giving and helping others in need. Arrangements have been made with Wasik Funeral Home-Shelby Township, ensuring Robert's farewell reflects the love and warmth he shared throughout his lifetime.
We will always remember a life lived with purpose, spirit, and love-a legacy that will endure in the hearts of those who loved him dearly.
