Robert Gene "Bob" Stepp

Robert (Bob) Gene Stepp, a cherished soul whose laughter and love knew no bounds, was called to his heavenly home on the 22nd of September 2025, surrounded by his family. Born in Oklahoma City on the 26th of November 1939, to the late William and Fern Stepp, Bob was a beacon of joy and a testament to a life well-lived.
He shared his life's journey with his beloved wife, Correne Stepp, and together they were blessed with their children, Robert (Bobby) Stepp, daughter-in-law Linda Stepp, Tony Stepp, and Rex Stepp, grandsons, Joey and Abby, Josh and Becca, Alex and Jules, Jonathan Stepp, Luke & Emma Skidmore and Lindsey Skidmore, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Collene and Lee Marcy, Kathryn and Gary Hankins, along with great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Bob was a graduate of Midwest City High School in 1957 and retired from AT&T in 1989. Bob was a man of faith, a devout Christian who walked in the light of Christ's love.
He was a jokester at heart rarely giving anyone a straight answer. Bob was an avid collector of books and loved reading. When his sons were younger, he would take them camping and fishing at the lake, and was actively involved with their Boy Scouts, including being a Scout Leader and joining in on their overnight trips.
Bob's legacy is one of laughter, love, and faith. He has now embarked on his greatest journey of all, to the kingdom of Heaven, where, no doubt, he is sharing a good laugh with the angels.
