Robert (Bob) Leo Strick, 78, of Branson passed away on October 10, 2025, suddenly. Born February 26, 1947, in Mt. Vernon, NY, the son of Anthony and June Strick.

Bob moved to Missouri in 1971. He went to work for Crow Burlingame, Parts Warehouse, Inc., Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts for a total of 37 years. When he retired, he went to work at French's part-time through a temp agency. This is where he met his friend, Dean and his wife Carol.

When Bob and his wife, Dorothy retired to Branson he went to work for a friend that managed The Gazebo Inn. He started there in August 2013 until present. He did the laundry and was a Houseman. He absolutely loved his new boss Kim and her husband Rob.

Bob has had all kinds of pets over the years. He had tons of fish, dogs, and birds in the past and so dearly loved their present dog, Lexi LeAnn. Bob had many hobbies. He loved to go bowling earlier in his life. He also truly loved working in his yard, especially in his gardens. He has grown plenty of them. In his and his daughter's current vegetable garden, he has installed a sprinkler system. His goal was to put a waterfall in the backyard. He took care of 7 yards altogether on the block they lived on. Bob will be dearly missed by his daughter, Karen and their dog, Lexi.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy "Dottie" (Lyons) Strick; his parents; and a sister, Diane Duncan.

Robert is survived by his daughter, Karen Strick, their precious dog, Lexi LeAnn; adopted daughter, Betty Kaye Holman; adopted grandchildren, Audrey Daniels, Camille York, Sam Holman and Olivia Holman; brother Mark Strick; and sister Dawn Honeycutt; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral Service will be at 10:00 AM, Thursday, October 16, 2025, at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 15, 2025, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Hazelwood Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Branson Humane Society, 2837 Shepherd of the Hills Expressway, Branson, MO 65616.
