Dear Dear Carol and all of the Stupka family ~ Our prayers are with you as you face yet another challenge in the passing of Bob. What a remarkable family and the loss of the head of that family tree will be missed. Carol, you are one of the most beloved mothers, grandmothers, aunts and friends with a strength that is immeasurable. I have witnessed your ability to pass on that strength to your kids and grandchildren. How blessed they are to have You and Bob! I have fond memories of the perfect Grandpa not wanting to ever disapoint his grandchildren. (Play Dough cookies!!!). I will always treasure the opportunity to have known such a remarkable family. Carol, you have been a tower of love, wisdom and strength to many and I am blessed to be one of them. God Bless you.

Our love to you,

Wendy and family

Dear Bob, so sorry to hear of the loss of your dad. Ironically, I just heard today, which was "Nerdo's" birthday. June 2. I think of you so often. I hope you and your family are well. I know your faith is strong and I hope that is helping. You have to wonder how much we are really meant to handle though. Just know you are in my thoughts and prayers. Love always, Shelly Kroening

Dear Stupka Family. Our deepest sympathy to all of you in the passing of "Stubby". He was so wonderful, great smile and just a really great guy. The years of friendship of Bob & Virginia Pates and Stubby & Rol taught us all how enduring friendships could be...and now our generation continues their fine example. We share in your loss and express our sympathy and love. As we so recently learned, even though it is their time, it is so hard to let go of our loved one. Our love. God bless you.

Dear Rol and Family,

So sorry to hear about Stubby - having just lost Mom, I know it is a blessing that he has reached final peace, but it doesn't make the loss any easier. I will always remember the times at Gull Lake and his continual quest to not burn the popcorn! My thoughts and prayers are with all of you - I wish I could be there!
