Robert Alan Svenkerud

Golden Valley - Age 57 of Golden Valley, MN passed away peacefully on September 28th, 2025, in St. Louis Park, MN. He was born on March 28th, 1968, in Minneapolis to Barbara Jean (Burns) Svenkerud and Juel O. Svenkerud. He was the youngest of four siblings. He was a devoted son, brother, and uncle to 8 nieces and nephews and 7 grandnieces and nephews. He was also a faithful companion to his beloved feline friends, Penny and Shelly. He is survived by his siblings, Julie Ann Svenkerud (Jorn) of Oslo Norway, Douglas Peder Svenkerud (Kathy) of Cincinnati Ohio, and Mary Elizabeth Svenkerud New Hope, MN. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th at Washburn-McReavy Crystal Lake Chapel (3816 Penn Ave. N., Mpls, Mn) 11 AM with visitation one hour prior. Interment at Crystal Lake Cemetery. Celebration of life at Embassy Suites Bloomington from 4 to 7 PM. Pallbearers will be his nephews Peder, Kyle and Dustin Svenkerud. Memorials preferred to the donor's choice.
