On July 24, 2025, in Thousand Oaks CA, Robert Charles Tagg passed from this life and entered into heaven. He was born on June 20, 1938, in Philadelphia PA. Bob graduated from Roxborough high school in 1956 and proudly served his country in the United states Air Force from June 1957 through 1963. In 1981, Bob met the love of his life Marva, and they shared 44 amazing years of marriage. Bob enjoyed golfing, fishing, boating, attending LA Dodger games, traveling, and savouring good food. He was deeply passionate about his faith and his church, Shepherd Church in Porter Ranch California. Above all Bob cherished time with his blended family, as his family was everything to him.
Bob is survived by his wife Marva, and children Bobby Tagg, Elizabeth Tagg, Allan Tagg,{Shannon}, Cherri Davies {Griff}, Christine Waring. Grandchildren Kyle Tagg, Madison Tagg, Spencer Tagg, Haven Tagg, Ava Waring, Hannah Waring, Sarah O Brien Waring. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many close friends. He was Big Brother to Loretta, Donna, Barbara, and Cyril and Uncle Bob to their children. Also survived by his sister in law, Sharon Hansen and husband John and his caregiver Sarah Hooshmand.
Bob will be remembered for his kindness and heart of gold.He had such a sweet spirit. He maintained a positive outlook on life and loved others wholeheartedly. He could see the good in everyone. His wonderful sense of humor and his infectious smile, along with a strong handshake, touched everyone he met. His legacy will live on forever in all whose lives he enriched.
