Survivors include his wife, Jan Theulen, of Panama, Iowa; sons, Jeff (Julie) Theulen, of Council Bluffs; Mike (Michele) Theulen, of Laveen, Ariz., Paul Theulen, of Panama, and Jack (Jennifer) Theulen, of Alleman, Iowa; six grandchildren, Stephen, Alison, Scott, John, Amy and Megan.
Visitaton, Friday, August 15th, 2-9 p.m., at Pauley Jones Funeral Home, in Harlan, Iowa, with a wake service at 7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial, Saturday, August 16th, 10:30 a.m., at St. Mary's Catholic Church, in Panama. Burial at St. Mary's Cemetery, in Panama. Memorials can be made to St. Albert's Schools.

I am so sorry and feel for you in this time of loss. Having known Jeff for quite a while, and having lost my own father recently, I was saddened tremendously at the news. I hope you all find comfort as you strive through and know that people are thinking of you, and you are in many peoples prayers at this time.

Jeffrey and family,
