Robert passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2025 at Franciscan Healthcare in West Point, NE.
Robert Frank Thompson II was born on December 9, 1991 in Austin, TX to Barry and Pamela (Eckenrode) Thompson. After obtaining his GED, he apprenticed with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. Robert was a traveling Electrician with the IBEW, which led him to meeting Elizabeth.
He and Elizabeth Peet were married on September 2, 2023.
Robert enjoyed watching and cheering for his Dallas Cowboys, loved playing video games, and listening to country music. He had a great sense of humor, enjoyed making people smile, and loved to share stories.
Survivors include-
Wife-Elizabeth Thompson of Snyder, NE
Mother-Pamela Thompson of Bastrop, TX
Sisters-Nikki and Russell Perez of Austin, TX and children-Gavin and Kenzie
Mary Lou and John Hoover of Fredericksburg, TX
Robert was preceded in death by his father-Barry Thompson and his beloved dog-Frank.
