I knew Tippy since I moved into an apartment owned by his family. He was always friendly, and we spoke when he stopped by to visit his sisters. He will be missed. My deepest condolences to his family.

Tippy did a lot of my families construction Business electrical. Way back in the 70s. As a youngster working on the job, I always enjoyed when tippy became with his humor and intense work ethic. A lot of good memories. I´ll miss him.

So sorry to hear this I remember bowling duckpins with you at least 40 years ago,also seeing you in Atlantic City and at East Haven OTB gonna miss you yelling at me that I would wire something wrong and you had to come to my house and fix it for me !!!REST IN PEACE MY FRIEND TILL WE MEET AGAIN
