Robert Uyehara Obituary
On January 5, 2026, beloved husband of Katalina (nee Tydingco); loving father of Robert K. Uyehara, Jr. and Richard Uyehara; dear brother of Thomas, Gregory, Barbara Uyehara, Marsha Nowinski, and the late Stephen Uyehara and the late Shirley Cubio and son of the late Barry & Margaret Uyehara.
Bob proudly served as a pilot in the US Air Force for over 20 years, retiring as a Lt. Col. from McGuire Air Force Base.
Burial at Arlington National Cemetery will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in honor of Bob may be made to St. Joseph's Indian School, P.O. Box 300, Chamberlain, SD 57325 -9919. (https://www.stjo.org/)
