He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Karen Jo Vaughan; maternal grandfather, Jack Tryall; step-grandfather, Harold Holmes; sister, Misti Jo Vaughan; uncle, Richard Vaughan, Jr and uncle, Ray Tryall.
Robert was a former employee for Park Line Co. He attended Gateway Church, St. Albans.
Surviving are his mother, Terri Lynn Vaughan; father, Robert Joseph Vaughan, Sr.; paternal grandfather, Richard Vaughan (Cathy); maternal grandmother, Deloris Holmes; uncle, Jack Tryall.
Memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, October 8, 2022 at Bartlett-Nichols Funeral Home, St. Albans with Richard Vaughan, Sr. his grandfather officiating.

Too the world he was Joseph to me he was my Joey .When trying to put into worlds what Joey was it was passionate is what comes to my mind . Whether political view ( don't get him started ) or hunting, garden , the farm (his happy place ) but his real passion was family .The hours he spent telling me about his family history right up to present .His Family was his was what he was most passionate and proud of ..Love you forever Joey . your Kitty Cat Catherine
