Robert Joseph Victor, 90, a resident of Columbia, passed away on Friday, September 26, 2025, at University of Missouri Hospital and Clinics.

Robert was born on November 19, 1934, in Ava, Missouri, the son of John Carl Victor and Josie Viola (Seal) Victor. On November 26, 1954, in Mountain Home, Arkansas, he married Mary Ann Parker and she survives of the home.

Robert was a plumber all of his life where he had the opportunity to work in 48 states, working from private residences to missile bases. Robert loved football and never passed up the opportunity to watch the Notre Dame Fighting Irish or the Kansas City Chiefs. He loved the outdoors and just being out in nature and passed this off to his children. He had five boys in Boy Scouts and four achieved the rank of Eagle Scout; his daughter attained the rank of First Class in Girl Scouts. He loved watching them with all their scouting accomplishments. Of all the things that Robert did in his life he cherished all the time he was able to spend with his family through little league to college sports, camping, and hunting.

In addition to his wife of over 70 years he will be sadly missed and forever remembered by his six children, Kenneth Victor of Colorado Springs, Colorado, John Victor and wife Lisa, Jennie Victor-Burns and husband Robert, Tom Victor and wife Pam, all of Columbia, Chuck Victor and wife Cheryl of Fayette, Tony Victor and wife Yvonne of Holly Springs, North Carolina; 16 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren with one on the way; one sister, Johnna Sue Ferguson of Wentzville.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Donald Victor.

Private family services will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of Parker-Millard Funeral Service & Crematory, 12 E. Ash St. Columbia, Missouri 65203. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.parkermillard.com.
