Robert Walker Obituary
He was a retired Mail Carrier for the United States Postal Service and a Navy Veteran. He was an avid bowler and a former Radio Announcer for WLOU Radio.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Anithia "Joyce" Walker; children, Michelle Young, Marene Taylor, Toya Mitchell, Tyrone Mitchell, Christa Jennings (Antonio), Tosha Davis and Scotty Washington, Jr. (Brittany); siblings, Lorenzo Walker (Percauitta), Faye Stroud, Michael Walker (Angela) and Courtney Walker (Carolyn); along with a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Cremation services were chosen. A memorial service will be held 6pm Friday January 23, 2026 at A.D Porter & Sons-Southeast, 4501 Bardstown Rd. There will be a visitation with the family Friday, January 23, 2026 from 5pm - 6pm prior to the memorial services.

Ben,
To this day my kids talk about traveling with me to tournaments and the time we all bbq'd in the parking lot of a Red Roof inn!!! They nicknamed you "hot sauce " cause you put it on your hotdogs!!
My kids and I send our condolences to you and your family. I'll miss your standard greeting "what's up Lil buddy?"
I will remember your advice "Less lip, more Flip!"
