Robert Thomas Walker

Robert (Bob) Thomas Walker, 71, of Amity, Oregon, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family on January 23rd, 2026. Bob was born to Don and Lillie Walker on August 26th, 1954 in McMinnville, Oregon. He lived his entire life on the family farm near Amity, Oregon. He attended school in Amity and later earned his Real Estate license focusing on

agriculture property. At the age of 15 Bob was injured in an automobile accident that left him partially paralyzed, but that didn't stop him from spending his entire life farming the land that he loved. Over the years Bob enjoyed helping with the Daffodil Festival, hauling equipment for the football team, and providing cookies for church every Sunday.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Don and Lillie Walker, his brother John Walker, and his second wife Cynthia (Horton) Walker. He is survived by his sisters Susan Stoller (Larry) and Janet Bauer, his son Robert J Walker (Amanda), daughters Amber Calkins (Ryan) and Kristin Saunders, and grandchildren, Kaylee, Jackson, Colton, Dawson and Kailynn Walker, Haylee, Isabella and Cody Calkins, and Maggie and Michael Saunders, as well as a great-granddaughter Blayke Walker. He also had two former wives, Bonnie Morris and the mother of his children, Cindy Garza.

Bob will be remembered for his giving heart, his love for his family and community, and his cowboy hats.
