Robert Webb Obituary

Published by Legacy on Jan. 2, 2026.
Robert M. Webb, a husband, cherished community member, and talented individual, passed away on December 31, 2025, in Bolivar, Tennessee. Born on April 21, 1950, in Mendenhall, Mississippi, Robert enjoyed a life filled with both professional accomplishments and personal passions.
His career spanned 16 years as an IT technician, following a distinguished 15-year service as a police officer in Louisiana. Throughout his professional journey, Robert was known for his dedication and commitment to serving others, qualities that earned him the respect of colleagues and community members alike.
An active member of Emmanuel Episcopal Church in LaGrange, Robert's faith was an integral part of his life. His love for music also played a significant role, as he expressed himself creatively through his musical talents. In addition to his artistic pursuits, he embraced brotherhood and camaraderie, being a proud Mason and a member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans and the Fraternal Order of Police.
Robert was not only a hard worker but also a passionate author, having written two books: "De Aragon, The Chronicle Of A Confederate" and "The Elves Of Alpha Centaurie." His storytelling showcased his rich imagination and provided a glimpse into his diverse interests. He was also known as a civil war re-enactor, fully immersing himself in the history he so deeply admired.
After retiring, Robert chose to make Grand Junction his home, where he continued to be actively involved in his community and enjoyed life alongside family and friends. He graduated from Grand Junction High School in 1968 and furthered his education at North Mississippi Junior College, laying a strong foundation for his future endeavors.
Robert leaves behind his wife, Patricia Ann Webb of Grand Junction. He is preceded in death by his father, Samuel Austin Webb; mother, Jessie Inez Marlin Webb; and his siblings: Kathleen Stevens, Katherine Payden, James "Jimmy" Austin Webb, and Dorothy Jane Riley.
