Robert Lee White, age 78, of Clinton, husband of Sandra Campbell White passed away, Saturday, March 28, 2026 at his home.
Born June 27, 1947 in Clinton, SC, he was the son of the late Robert Samuel White, and Ellen Elizabeth Harrison White. Robert was a proud Veteran of the US Navy where he served in Vietnam as a Hospital Corpsman with the Marines. He worked in the textiles at Clinton Mills #2 plant, was a produce manager at Community Cash in Clinton, and retired as breakfast manager from Whiteford’s in Laurens. Robert enjoyed his music, camping in Maggie Valley, fishing, old cars, but most of all loved his family time.
Robert is survived by his wife, Sandra; his son, Kevin White (Christie) of Clinton; his chosen grandchildren, Abigail Entrekin, Allie Staton, Will Lynch, and Cainan Ham; his sister-in-law, Vicky White; and his nephew, Forest White.
In addition to his parents, Robert is preceded in death by his brother, Darrell White; and his nephew, Bill Wayne White.
Funeral Services will be held at 12 PM, Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at the Clinton First Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Mark Entrekin officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will greet friends prior to the service from 11am – 12pm at the Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Clinton First Pentecostal Holiness Youth Fund, 403 Academy Street, Clinton, SC 29325.
