Dr. Robert B. Wilson, Jr., age 77, of Springdale, Arkansas, passed away on January 2, 2026, at Earlene Howard Hospice Home. He was born November 18, 1948, in McCrory, Arkansas, to Robert B. Wilson, Sr., and Mary Jeanne (Nichols) Wilson. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Dr. Fred Wilson.

He is survived by his wife, Donna (Russell) Wilson of the home; son Dr. Robert Wilson, III, and wife Misty of Springdale; daughter Julie Wagley and husband Dustin of Arkadelphia; stepchildren Richard Osbourn of Springdale, Michelle Stotler and husband Derek of Prairie Grove, and William Osbourn of Fayetteville; five grandchildren; fourteen step-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren.

Dr. Wilson completed high school in McCrory, college at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, and earned his medical degree at the University of Arkansas College of Medicine in Little Rock. He practiced family and emergency medicine for forty years, first in Huntsville and then in Springdale. He retired in 2015. He enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid fan of the Razorbacks, Cowboys, and Yankees.
