Robert Wint Obituary
Robert A. Wint, 66, of Wooster, died Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at his residence.
Bob was born September 26, 1957, in Cleveland, Ohio to Alfred and Beverly Wint.
Bob retired after many years from Gerstenslager and Stahl. Bob enjoyed softball, bowling and was a diehard Ohio State Buckeyes and Browns fan. He was a devoted grandfather to all of his grandchildren, attending their events when he could.
Bob will be deeply missed by his children Brandy (Chris Howard) Wint of Columbus, Scott (Katie) Wint of Shreve, Ashley (Jimmy) Thompson of Wooster, Cassie (Joey) Russell of Columbus; grandchildren Aidan, Charli, Haley, Hanna, Brady, and Zoey; brothers Jimmy (Kathy) Wint, Richie Wint; sister Toni (Bob) Vannoy.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents.
Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster is assisting the family. Celebration of Life services will be Sunday, October 15, 2023, from 1 to 3 pm at the funeral home. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Wayne County Humane Society, 1161 Mechanicsburg Rd. Wooster, Ohio 44691.
