Robert "Bob" J. Wisniewski, age 81, of Newark, DE passed away peacefully on April 4, 2025.
So much can be written about your life and the way you lived it.
I would like to place emphasis on, two simple words.
Thank you.
Thank you for your strength, your courage and your honor Marine-
Thank you for always being there whenever we needed you.
Thank you for teaching us how to play pool and not getting mad when we (well me) ripped the felt.
Thank you for Cruise Nights in your 57 Chevy.
Thank you for your funny way with words; such as adding the extra "inum" in aluminum.
Thank you for all the laughs and sometime tears.
Thank you for the pride you showed for us and our children.
More importantly, thank you for the love.
We were blessed to have you in our life, you were so much more than an uncle.
It was always your dream to one day have children and grandchildren of your own, from the bottom of our heart Thank you for treating us as such and earning the title of Dad and Pop-Pop.
We will never forget you, we will always love you, Thank You Uncle Bob, Dad, Pop-Pop.
A committal service and military honors will be held Friday, May 9, at 1:00pm at yhe Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2465 Chesapeake City Road, Bear, DE 19701.
