Robert Lee Womack Jr.

Robert Lee Womack Jr., 57, of Arcadia, Florida, passed away peacefully in his sleep on January 13, 2026. Born on June 7, 1968, in Arcadia, Florida, he was the eldest son of Robert and Norma Jean Womack.

Robert was a devoted husband, loving father, and loyal friend. Above all else, he loved his family with all of his heart and took great pride in being a father. The Lord was the driving force in Robert's life, guiding his values, his work ethic, and the way he treated others. His faith shaped his character and was evident in the kindness, integrity, and generous spirit he showed every day. Robert always saw the best in people and made everyone feel valued and important.

He lived life full speed ahead and had a natural ability to fix things, always making sure the job was done right. He always ensured that those closest to him were taken care of, and he would drop anything to be there for them. He had a deep love for the outdoors and especially enjoyed hunting and fishing, where many cherished memories were made with family and friends, especially his wife and children. Robert also had a strong work ethic and was deeply committed to Womack Sanitation, earning the respect and admiration of all who knew him.

Robert is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, the love of his life, Terri Womack; his children, daughter Aubrey Schurlknight (Cameron) and son Luke Womack; his mother, Norma Jean Womack; his brother, Rusty Womack; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Womack Sr.

Services will be held at First Baptist Church of Arcadia, where Robert was a lifetime member and deacon, on Friday, January 16, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., followed by a graveside burial at Joshua Creek Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the First Baptist Church of Arcadia to continue Robert's legacy of service and faith.

Robert will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
