Robert Anthony "Bob" Zullo, Sr., 86, passed away on March 24, 2025, in Pensacola, Florida.
Born on March 13, 1939, in Newark, New Jersey, Bob dedicated his life to service and family. He built a distinguished career as a firefighter in Newark, bravely protecting his community with unwavering commitment and resilience. His work embodied his deep sense of duty and selflessness-qualities that defined him both professionally and personally.
Bob's greatest joy was his family. He shared a loving life with his wife, Rosemary, and was a devoted father to his children: Robert, Darren, and Marlena. He cherished every moment spent with them and extended that same love to his grandchildren-Ryan, Adrianna, Joseph, Brianna, Blake, and Gwen-who brought him endless pride and happiness.
A man of wisdom and patience, Bob found joy in simple pleasures. He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren, making memories that will be treasured forever. Atlantic City held a special place in his heart, offering moments of fun and relaxation. He also enjoyed puzzles, a pastime that reflected his thoughtful nature and keen mind.
Bob is also survived by his siblings: Pasquale, Evelyn, Thomas, and Rosemarie. He was predeceased by his parents, Pasquale and Rose.
