ROBERTA MARIE KALAJ, loving mother of Mario Amata and Anthony Amata (Megan Canfora); cherished daughter of George Kalaj and Maria Kastelan (nee Curovic); treasured life-long friend of Angelo Amata; dearest niece of Tony Curovic and cousin of Mark and Rebecca Curovic. Survived by her canine companion, Hades.
Roberta was born February 26, 1973 in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from Willoughby South High School. As an energetic and strong-willed individual, she developed and became the owner/operator of her own cleaning company. Roberta was deeply devoted to her family and showed her love through her talent of cooking, which thrilled her family. With her fun and creative personality, she excelled at arts and crafts, especially during her beloved season of Halloween. Being social with a sense of humor, she was always the life of the party and delighted at offering up her delicious dishes. Roberta absolutely adored her canine companions, which were a fun and loving part of her life. Roberta passed away on September 1, 2024, leaving her family to miss her tender touch and warm smile.
