Roberta Ann Steele

Funeral services for Roberta Ann Steele, 84 of Enid, will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 26, 2025, in the Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Hayward Cemetery under the direction of Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory. Roberta was born September 22, 1940, on a farm near Hayward to George and Edith Finkie Thompson and passed away Saturday, September 20, 2025, in Enid. She graduated from Hayward High School and received her associate business degree from Enid Community College. She married Morgan Steele in 1960 in Enid where they made their home. Roberta was a night auditor for several hotels and was also an assistant manager for Woolco. She is survived by her daughter, Terri Steele, grandson, Travis Steele and daughter-in-law, Sherry Steele.
