Roberta Taft Obituary
Visiting hours will be held Tuesday morning from 9:00-10:30 in the Iovanne Funeral Home, Inc. 11 Wooster Place in New Haven. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in Blessed Michael McGivney Parish at St. Francis Church at 11:00. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery.

Heartfelt condolences to John and all of the Taft family. I had the privilege of working with Bert at the Health Department. She exuded grace, kindness, and respect. She will be missed. May she rest in eternal peace.

John and all of Bert´s family. I had the pleasure of working with her at Health Dept. There was not a problem or question she could not solve or have the answer. Always had smile on her face and a beautiful demeanor from inside out. She will never be forgotten.

John and all of Bert´s family, I had the honor of working with Bert for a few years at the Health Department. I was so blessed to have Bert on my team. I could not have done my job without her support. She was an amazing person. I enjoyed all of the laughs we had and hearing stories about her family. She showed me unconditional friendship even after I left the Health Department and stayed in touch, always asking if my ballerina was on Broadway yet. There are certain people who come into your life and leave an impression forever. Bert was one of those people. Prayers for peace during this difficult time.
