Roberto José López, age 63, resident of Willard, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, surrounded by his loving wife and family.
Roberto was born on May 28th, 1961, in Managua, Nicaragua to the late Pedro Cubillo and Leonor López. He is survived by his loving wife, Estella Lopez, their loyal companion, Caramelito, and his large extended family throughout Ohio and Nicaragua.
Roberto's greatest passion was serving and worshiping God. As a dedicated member of the Spanish Church of God of Prophecy in Willard, Ohio, Roberto always made the time to help his fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. Rain or shine, you could always be certain that Roberto made sure Caramelito enjoyed a long daily walk. Roberto's lasting impact on his community will be forever cherished. He will be greatly missed by his brother, his many nieces, nephews, and friends, who all loved him.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2 nd, at the Spanish Church of God of Prophecy located at 3462 Austin Drive in Willard, Ohio, 44890. Visitation from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. On Saturday, May 3rd, the memorial service will begin at 10:00am and he will be laid to rest at the Greenwood Cemetery located at 2781-2817 N. Conwell Avenue in Willard. Following the burial, the family invites you to share refreshments at their church.
Roberto José López, de 63 años, residente de Willard, Ohio, falleció el miércoles 30 de abril de 2025 rodeado de su querida esposa y familia.
Roberto nació el 28 de mayo de 1961 en Managua, Nicaragua, hijo de los difuntos Pedro Cubillo y Leonor López. Le sobreviven su amada esposa, Estella López, su leal compañero, Caramelito, y su familia en Ohio y Nicaragua.
La mayor pasión de Roberto era servir y adorar a Dios. Como miembro dedicado de la Iglesia de Dios de la Profecía en Willard, Ohio, Roberto siempre se tomaba el tiempo para ayudar a sus hermanos y hermanas en Cristo. Llueva o truene, siempre se podía tener la seguridad de que Roberto sacará a Caramelito a disfrutar de una larga caminata todos los días. El impacto duradero de Roberto en su comunidad será recordado por siempre. Su hermano, sus numerosos sobrinos, sobrinas y amigos, quienes lo querían mucho, lo extrañarán profundamente.
El velatorio será el viernes 2 de mayo en la Iglesia de Dios de la Profecía, ubicada en la 3462 Austin Dr., Willard, Ohio, 44890 2:00 pm a 4:00 pm y también de 6:00 pm a 8:00 pm. El servicio fúnebre será el sábado 3 de mayo a las 10:00 am y será enterrado en el Cementerio Greenwood, ubicado en la 2781-2817 N. Conwell Ave., Willard, Ohio.
