Robin LeeAnne Creason
Surrounded by family and friends, Ms. Robin exited earth and found her mansion in Heaven on June 12, 2025.
Born April 10, 1970 to Ron Rigdon and Linda Steck in Overland Park, Kansas – at age 4 she was born again; accepting Jesus' invitation to be a part of the Family of God. This started her lifelong mission to tell as many people as possible about Jesus. Her singing "career" began shortly after with her first stage experience at age 9. The other vocalist's microphone failed, so Robin carried the song alone. She spent the rest of her life glorifying God with her gift. She was a part of several worship teams and a lead singer for Mission Blues for 7 years.
Robin graduated from Maranatha Christian Academy in 1988 and Evangel University in 1992. After college Robin continued her education, specializing in the Montessori Method. She earned her primary and elementary level Montessori certifications, and later became a trainer for International Christian Montessori Institute. She was a life long educator and co-founded Oaklawn Christian Montessori School in 2002 serving students from Pre-k through high school. She later founded Greater Hope School and served elementary students for the next 5 years.
Robin met her husband, Dennis, in the Fall of 2000 and they were married a year later on October 26, 2001. That marriage included a bonus child Xackery Cole and in September of 2011 Jubilee Grace Anne was born.
In the summer of 2022, a missions trip to Costa Rica with Hope Point Church led Robin and her family to move towards full time missions work in Central America. They returned that same year to build relationship with a local mission. In September of 2023 the Creasons returned to Central America for long term missions, spending time in El Salvador, Guatemala, and Costa Rica. By December of that same year Robins health brought them back to the states. January brought the news of cancer in her brain, lungs, liver and bones. For the rest of her season, her mission field became doctors offices, waiting rooms, elevators, parking lots, restaurants and sidewalks. Every single person she saw heard the love of Jesus, including the hospice worker that arrived the day before her passing.
