Robin learned to work hard on the five acres in Mapleton where we grew up. He took care of the animals and worked in the garden, ground wheat for cracked wheat mush, every morning. Mom would often ask him to get food from the basement because he knew where all the buckets of food storage were. He was Mom’s right hand man.
Robin liked to listen to the radio. He liked clocks and always knew what time it was. The family enjoyed hearing him sing. He would sing Silent Night for our family Christmas parties. He liked primary songs. He enjoyed several TV shows, especially children’s shows and Little House on the Prairie.
Robin is survived and loved by his brothers and sisters, Donald and Dawn Davies, Kenneth Davies, Fred and Winona Davies, Karen and Donald Speth, Janet and Mark Spencer, Elaine and Craig Carpenter, Clyde Davies, Niel Davies, George and Enid Davies and many nieces and nephews.
