Robin Hanifin Obituary
Born on September 13, 1953 in Prince George's County, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Edward E. Perrie and Meriam B. Perrie. Robin was a Deli Manager for Giant for many years. She enjoyed riding her motorcycle, decorating, gardening, and working with her pond full of fish.
In addition to her parents, Robin was preceded in death by her siblings Joann Kidwell and Tommy Smith.
Robin is survived by her long-time companion and husband Howard D. Gardner; sons Harold A. Deshong and Daniel E. Hanifin; brother Edward F. Perrie Sr., sisters-in-law Carol Perrie and family, Roxanne Gardner and family; grandchildren; great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
A gathering will be held on Friday, July 11, 2025 from 11AM until time of Memorial Service to begin at 1PM at the Raymond Funeral Service, P.A., 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, Maryland 20646.
Interment will be private.
Robin loved flowers but if wished, memorial contributions in Robin's name should be directed to a local homeless shelter or food pantry. Robin was known to help the needy around the county.
