Robin was born on December 3, 1964, in
Mobridge, South Dakota to Carole Ann Walking Bull and Emery Two Hearts Sr. Robin had five brothers, Emery Two Hearts Jr., Chad Two Hearts, Todd Two Hearts, Vine No Heart and Brandon Noisy Hawk. She had four sisters, Loran Rough Surface, Venus Rough Surface, Hayley Rough Surface, and Michele Two Hearts. She attended school in Mobridge throughout her childhood before obtaining her GED. She was a mother to three children, Kyle Three Legs, Zane Cadotte, and Cecelia Walking Bull. These three were her world and she loved watching them grow. She spent a lot of time in Aberdeen, SD before moving to
Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Robin was very active in the AA meetings there. She met her husband Donovan Keeble in Sioux Falls; they fell in love quickly and married on January 18, 2006, at Falls Park. They moved to Aberdeen for a couple months before moving to Rosholt SD where she worked at an assisted living center as a cook and then at Dakota Magic Casino where she was also a cook. Together she and Donovan decided to raise her grandson Xavier "Sisoka" Walking Bull. The three of them moved up to the "hills", where they made their home by Grey Lake near
Sisseton, South Dakota. She stayed home to care for Sisoka. During this time, she was able to work on her hobbies that consisted of beading and sewing, she made a lot of "old style" earrings and other jewelry. She could sew just about anything you wanted. You could find word games and many other board games that she loved, like scrabble or Yahtzee! around her home. Robin loved being a grandma and she spoiled all her grandkids, including her husband's grandkids. She was thoughtful when it came to gifts and the holidays. She always made big plans for holidays for the kids to enjoy. She planned the best Easter egg hunts with golden eggs that had money hidden in them, sometimes even $10 bills that the kids loved and looked forward to every year. She baked goodies all the time and always let her granddaughters help her; they would always talk about baking with Grandma Robin. Robin turned friends into family everywhere she went. Robin loved to travel, she had been to nearly every state, she was always up for camping, she even pulled the camper to the NO DAPL camp on the Standing Rock Reservation, which she was a proud member of. Robin loved volunteer work and helping with church bazaars and bingo extravaganzas. She was baptized at St. Kateri's' church in 2019. After Robin's health began to affect her ability to bead and make crafts, she could be found at the casino playing her promos. Due to her deteriorating health, on October 31, 2023, Robin passed away peacefully in her sleep at Wheatcrest Hills Healthcare Center in
Britton, South Dakota at the age of 58.
Robin is survived by her husband, Donovan Keeble, three children, Kyle Three Legs, Sioux Falls, SD, Zane Cadotte, Aberdeen SD, Cecelia Walking Bull, Aberdeen SD, 6 stepchildren, numerous grandchildren and all her brothers and sisters.
Robin was preceded in death by her parents Carole Walking Bull and Emery Two Hearts Sr., maternal grandparents Mary Strong Heart and Daniel Walking Bull and sister Michele Two Hearts.
