Robin Eileen Warnick Madera, born September 6, 1961, in Baltimore, Maryland, to Forrest and Helen Warnick, passed away on January 19, 2026.
Robin is survived by three Warnick brothers: Raymond (predeceased by his wife, Kathy), Richard (Sandra), and Robert (Debbie). She was predeceased by her sister, Darlene Warnick Taylor, and by her nephew, Forest "Dino" Taylor. Also surviving her are her beloved nieces Rachel Prewitt, Helen Warnick, and Krystal Warnick, and nephews Lawrence "Paco" Taylor, Chino Taylor, Justin Warnick, Daniel Warnick, Tyler Warnick, and Zachary Warnick, all of whom she adored.
Robin was a devoted wife and best friend to her husband, Jeff. From the time they first met, she lovingly cared for him until illness took her from this earthly life. Robin and Jeff were married on October 8, 1988, and spent 37 years together, faithfully looking out for one another. Robin is also mourned by Jeff's six siblings, their children, and a large extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She will be remembered by all for her wonderful sense of humor, fun-loving personality, and kind, compassionate spirit. Robin will be deeply missed by her many friends and family members whose lives she touched with warmth, generosity, and care; her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Robin had a special connection to animals, which began at a young age, growing up with her parents' kennel. She had a deep passion for rescuing animals, especially stray cats, especially those no one would take-the misfits, the injured, those needing extra care-always found their way to her. Her love for animals was evident to everyone who knew her, and she was often the first person called when an animal needed help.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the animal rescue organization of your choice in Robin's memory. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
