Robin Lynn Plomb, known affectionately to all as Robin, lived a life as vibrant and welcoming as the Michigan lakes she adored. Born on July 2, 1964, in the bustling city of Kalamazoo, Michigan, Robin's journey through life was one filled with laughter, generosity, and an uncanny ability to make the best out of every round she served, both at the bar and in life. She left us on December 8, 2025, in the peaceful surroundings of her home in Harrietta, leaving behind a legacy of love and a lesson in living life to the fullest.

Robin's heart was as full as her house during the holidays, which always smelled of her famous home-cooked meals and chex mix. She leaves behind her loving husband, Jeffery Plomb; her daughters, Brandy Hilts and Devin Plomb (with co-defendent Nick Perkins); her son, Hunter Plomb (partnered with Kyleigh Miller); and her adored grandchildren Elyse Hilts (joined in mischief by John Adams), Kaylie Hilts (with accomplice Ethan Stephenson), Alexis Sims, Weston Plomb, and Alexander Sims. Her legacy continues with her great-grandson, Shonn Hilts-Stephenson, and her great-granddaughter, Hannah Adams. She was also outlived by her first ride or die Brad Dale (Brandy). Robin's playful spirit will also be missed by her brothers David (Amber), Kip (Bobbie), James (Amy); her sisters, Dawn Byers; Elaine (Mike) and Nicole and a bunch of loving nieces and nephews who will carry her mischievous spark. Many of those she loved left this world before Robin including her father Harry Martin; mother Gerry Tank and stepfather James Tank Sr. No doubt front and center are son in-law Shonn Hilts and best friend Junior Porter awaiting her arrival to give heaven some hell.

Robin's early years were spent cruising through the halls of Three Rivers High School, where she graduated before embarking on a career that would see her working with a smile that could brighten the dimmest of rooms. She kicked off her working life as a CNA, caring for others in a nursing home with the same dedication and humor she brought to every aspect of her life. It was while mixing drinks and cracking jokes behind the bar that she met her soulmate Jeff. In the years that followed, she also dabbled in construction, waving flags for Rieth Riley with the same enthusiasm she waved hello to friends.

For Robin, life was an endless beach party. She relished time spent on the sandy shores, camping under the stars, and tending to her garden-her own little slice of Eden. Her green thumb was only surpassed by her ability to lead a troop of Brownies, as she did for her daughter Devin's group.

Describing Robin as loving, generous, and courageous doesn't quite do her justice. Her heart was as open as her front door, and her ability to give knew no bounds. Robin was the kindest, most selfless and caring person anyone could have in their life. She would give the clothes off her back in the freezing cold if it meant you would be warm. She would give you the food off her plate and go without to make sure you weren't hungry. And let's not forget her sense of humor and ability to see good in everyone around her. In the spirit of one of Robin's favorite funny people, the incomparable Phyllis Diller, who said, "Never go to bed mad. Stay up and fight," Robin never left a room without a smile or a zinger that would leave you in stitches.

Today, we don't say goodbye to Robin Lynn Plomb. Instead, we raise a toast to the woman who taught us all that the best way to enjoy life is with a hearty laugh and a generous pour. Robin, your spirit will forever be the life of the party. Cheers to you!
