Rochelle McKane Obituary

Rochelle Gail "Rocky" McKane
Rochelle Gail McKane passed away peacefully on July 5, 2025, at St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet, at the age of 78. Rocky was born in Chicago, IL, on October 24, 1946, the cherished daughter of the late Delbert and Lenore Kahn.
Rocky was known for her loving and friendly nature, touching the lives of many who had the pleasure of knowing her. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life - spending time fishing, taking part in her local pool league, and testing her luck at the slots in the casino. These pastimes brought her happiness and provided her with treasured moments of camaraderie and adventure.
Rocky is survived by her devoted husband of almost 23 years, Michael J. McKane; her only son, John Kuta and her cherished granddaughter, Angel (fiancé, Austin Keith) Latham. She also leaves behind her loving nieces, Christina Motherwell, Tammy (Tom) English, and Jackie Jackson, as well as her nephew, Bret Finkle.
She was preceded in death by the father of her son, Gene Kuta, and her dear brother, Lannie Kahn.
Rocky will be deeply missed and forever remembered in the hearts of those who loved her.
Funeral Services for Rochelle Gail McKane will be held privately by the family and interment will take place at Montrose Cemetery.
