Rodney worked for Mayer Brothers as a forklift operator. He enjoyed traveling, fishing, bowling, model cars, collecting tall ships and playing with his grandchildren.
Father of Jason (Melissa) Burnett and Kristin (David) Jowdy. Grandfather of Emilli (Anthony), Austin (Makenna), Lucas and Aiden. Great grandfather of Jaxson. Brother of Jim (Candy) Burnett, Rich (Debbie) Burnett, John (Eliane) Burnett and the late William Burnett and Vickie Liddell. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family and friends may call at the Rutland-Corwin Funeral Home, Inc. 2670 Main St. Newfane, NY on Monday, August 4, 2025, from 4-7pm.
