So sorry for the family´s loss, Rodney was a great coworker as well as a great friend.

Anyone that had the blessing of learning from this man; had the time to sit and talk with him; or had a chance to joke with him, should be truly blessed. Smitty, (That´s what we called him) was a true soldiers soldier. He´s a great man and I´m so happy to have been able to serve with him.

I worked with Rodney for many years at the academy, his professionalism was unmatched. He called it like it was and if he complimented you it was a true statement. Gonna miss you pal.
