He is preceded in death by his parents, Antonio Lopez Pacheco and Maria Margarita Cazares Rodriguez; his brothers and sisters, Jose Antonio Lopez, Ana Maria Andrea Lopez, Felipe Lopez, Vicente Lopez, Jose Juan Lopez, Antonio Lopez, and Maria Lucina Lopez.
Left to cherish his loving memory are his two sisters, Maria Concepcion Lopez Cazares and Maria Irene Torres; one brother, Francisco Lopez Cazares; 2 nieces, Nancy Martinez and Esmeralda Cazares who were blessed with caring and proving comfort for him. In addition, he leaves behind his grandnephew, Danian Ryu Torres; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. Rosary at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 705 S. Longoria St., in Port Isabel, Texas with cremation to follow in accordance with his wishes.
