He was born on July 1, 1941, in Cueramaro, Guanajuato, Mexico to Maria Del Carmen Garcia and Elpidio Mares. Rodolfo was a very hardworking man, always providing for his family. He enjoyed nature including gardening, camping, and fishing. He devoted his life to God and was always sharing his love for Him with his family and close friends. Rodolfo was very proud of each of his daughters and adored spending time with his grandchildren. He was an important pillar in his family who will forever be missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents Elpidio Mares and Maria Del Carmen Garcia; brothers Juan and Narciso Mares; and sisters Consuelo and Serafina Mares.
Rodolfo is survived by his loving wife Maria Anastacia Mares; daughters Carmen Estrada and spouse Juan, Magdalena Mares, Weendy Mares, and Marina Vasquez and spouse Jose Vasquez Jr.; grandchildren Jasmin Vasquez, Joey Vasquez, Miah Estrada, Matthew Estrada, and Sophia Mares; siblings Jesus, Alicia, and Carmen Mares, and Francisca Urbina; and an array of extended family and friends.
