Roger Carroll Obituary
Roger Lee Carroll, 72, of Oak Hill passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2024.
Born November 23, 1951 in Montgomery Co., Kentucky he was the son of the late James Roscoe and Frances Ruth Carroll.
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by brother, JC Carroll; and brother-in-law Bruce Vance.
Those left to cherish his wonderful memory include his loving wife, Betsy Johnson Carroll; son, Brandon Carroll; daughter, Christin Carroll; grandson, Kameron Carroll (Garrah); great grandchild, Sev'yn Carroll; sisters, Della Hardin (Tucker) and Shirlee Coffey (Vernon); brother, James Carroll (Jody); and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 3:00 PM on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at Tyree Funeral Home Chapel in Oak Hill with Pastor Carlos Hodge officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens in Oak Hill.
Visitation for friends will be from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at the funeral home in Oak Hill.
Pallbearers will be Kameron Carroll, Charles Johnson, Matthew Johnson, Paul Stowers, Eddie Toney, and Jason Cook. Honorary Pallbearers will be, Ronnie Johnson, Adam Toney, and Paul Wilshire.
