ROGER ELEDGE Obituary

ROGER ELEDGE Roger Dean Eledge was born October 28, 1947, in Omaha Nebraska to Roy Edwin Eledge and Zora Hazel Evans. He passed away at Russell Regional Hospital on September 16, 2023, at the age of 75 years, 10 months and 19 days. He grew up in Omaha Nebraska and on May 31, 1969, he married his beautiful wife Barbara Ann Wise. Throughout their marriage, they lived in Omaha, Nebraska, Ulysses, Nebraska, and Waldo, Kansas. His life was blessed with many activities that he enjoyed but among his favorites were his family, friends, music, and dance. He had a passion for anything that was out of the ordinary and was a collector of many things. He was a Past Noble Grand of Valley Lodge #95 I.O.O.F & Past Master Mason 3rd Degree of Hays Masonic Lodge #195. He is survived by his wife of 54 years Barbara, his daughter Tammy, and his son and daughter-in-law Tony and Catherine. Five grandchildren Frederick, Alexandria, Skye, Maleeya, and Nathaniel, and three great-grandchildren Anastasia, Theodora, and Ezekiel. One sister Catherine May Eledge of Arizona also survives him and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings Vivian, Edwin, Dolly, John, Mary, James, and Wanda. There will be no services as that was his wish and he will be cremated and kept with his family. He will best be remembered for the love and admiration of his wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He is now in peace in heaven with his family and friends who passed before him.
