Roger Neal Hill ObituaryRoger N. Hill, age 82, of Mound passed away April 6th, 2025. Preceded in death by wife of nearly 50 years Janice, and daughter Sandi. Survived by daughter Sherrie Lundquist (Brook), Bryan (Kayla), Katelyn, Johauna. Baylee (Ryan), Jace, Cali. Son Ron, Joseph, girlfriend Kayla. Children of daughter Sandi, Jacob, girlfriend Tina, Paige. Jesse, Braylon, Shelby. Son Jason (DeAnn), Tippy, Ty; Sisters Janice (Lee), Roxanne (Harvey), and Kathy.
Roger moved his family to lake life in mound in 1970. They all enjoyed the many aspects of living on the lake. He generously shared his dock and property with anyone who loved swimming or fishing.
An avid photographer, he posted daily photos on his Facebook page, many of which were taken while riding bike. His love of biking included many consecutive years of riding no less than 1200 miles.
Competitive his whole life, he also loved challenging you to a game of hockey, frisbee golf, or a fishing tourney on his dock. This competitive nature lives on in his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren who always had his full support and never-ending guidance. Roger left this earth, knowing he'd done everything possible to ensure their success.
Interment immediately following the service at Union Cemetery, Mound.
