Roger Kochampanasken, Jr Obituary
Roger Kochampanasken, Jr, age 61, of Whiterocks, passed away August 24, 2025 at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo, Utah.
Roger was born May 23, 1964 in Roosevelt, Utah to Roger, Sr. and Florine Edith Cornpeach Kochampanasken. He married Diane Sue Lameman on July 5, 2003.
Roger attended Sherman Indian High School, where he played football and basketball. After finishing high school he went to IT Tech school, working towards being a diesel mechanic.
Roger enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching sports. He was a Sundancer. Family was important to him and he loved spending time with them.
He is survived by his wife, Diane Kochampanasken; children, Derek (Brittany) Kochampanasken, Lashaun Kochampanasken, Brandon Kochamp, Zhonde Nephi, numerous grand and great-grandchildren; and a sister, Cassandra Kochamp.
He was preceded in death by Marshall Jack, Ralph James Kochamp, and Damascus Kochamp. .
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the John Harmes Cemetery in Whiterocks. A wake will be held on Wednesday after 4:00 PM at Letitia Keyaanie’s home in Whiterocks.
