Roger Koelling, 65, of Parker, Kansas, passed away at his home on September 22, 2025.
Roger was born on July 11, 1960, in Junction City, Kansas, to Louis and Mary (Anderson) Koelling. He grew up in Olathe, Kansas, where he graduated from Olathe North High School in 1978. Roger was proud of the lifelong friendships he built during those years and cherished those bonds throughout his life.
On October 2, 1999, Roger married Christine Schwartz, and together they raised two children, Madison and Benjamin, who were the greatest joys of his life.
Roger spent his career as a trim carpenter and owned his own business, where he was known as a skilled craftsman with a true eye for detail. His work and dedication left a lasting mark in the homes and projects he touched.
Outside of work, Roger enjoyed golfing, spending time outdoors, watching sports, enjoying classic cars, and playing with his three dogs. Most of all, he loved time with his family, who will deeply miss his humor, warmth, and steady presence.
Roger is survived by his wife Christine, his children Madison and Benjamin, his parents Louis and Mary Koelling, his brother Randy (Nikki) Koelling, and his sister Lisa (Mike) Minor. He is also remembered by many extended family members and friends who loved him dearly.
