Roger Raymond "Rick" Kuka, 71, of Niceville, Florida, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2025. A devoted husband, loving father, proud Marine, and steadfast friend, Rick's life was marked by faith, family, and service to others.

Rick was a longtime member of Rocky Bayou Baptist Church, where he found joy in worship and fellowship. A lifelong sports enthusiast, Rick was an avid supporter of the Dodgers, Minnesota Vikings, and Alabama Crimson Tide. He dedicated countless hours to coaching and umpiring and proudly served as the leader of the Niceville High School football chain gang for many years. His love for golf and his unwavering commitment to his community reflected his enduring spirit and generous heart.

Rick served honorably in the United States Marine Corps for four years and went on to dedicate 40 years of service to the United States Postal Service before retiring. Through every chapter of his life, Rick was known for his integrity, sense of humor, and devotion to those he loved.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Anna Marie Kuka. Rick is survived by his children, Jennifer (Barry), Melissa (Michael), and Matthew; his grandchildren, Mikayla, Madison, Maddox, Malakai, and Ana; and the family dog, Buddy, who never left his side.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Rocky Bayou Baptist Church in Niceville, Florida. Family and friends are invited to gather at 3:00 p.m., with the service beginning at 4:00 p.m., officiated by Pastor Troy.
