Memorial Service at Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel, Walters, Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
Roger Alvin Marshall was born to Alvin Alton and Wynema Aleen (Martin) Marshall on February 7, 1956 in Wichita Falls, TX and departed this life in Ft. Worth, TX on March 15, 2025 at the age of 69 years, 1 month, and 8 days.
Roger grew up in Walters, graduating from Walters High School in 1974. He then attended the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University where he graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Roger married Cylinda Joan Larson on January 8, 1983 in Odessa, TX.
Over the years Roger worked in many roles and levels of management at TU Electric. He also participated in many roles in The Boy Scouts of America as well as North Texas SNAP.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin Alton and Wynema Aleen Marshall.
Survivors include his wife Cylinda Marshall of the home, two sons and daughters-in-law, Lance and Allie Marshall of Aledo, TX and Ethan and Meagan Marshall of Fort Worth, TX, a brother, Doug Marshall of Amarillo, TX, a sister, Beverly Houston of Marlow, OK, Eight Grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
