Roger O. Parent, passed away on March 21, 2026 At Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro.

Born February 22, 1943, in Central Falls, Rhode Island, Roger was a longtime resident of the Attleboro's. He attended Sacred Heart School from kindergarten through 12th grade and his affinity for his alma mater never faded. Known for his reliable nature and supportive temperament, Roger built a successful career as a talented Machinist and Toolmaker. He was a humble man, who found joy in the simple things of life, yet his adventurous spirit led him to enjoy hunting and skiing.

Roger is survived by his loving wife, Silvia April - Parent. Together, they made a life in Attleboro, Massachusetts, where Roger's commitment to family shone. He was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church, North Attleboro, and was well-respected within his community.

In addition to his wife, Roger is survived by his children, Roger Parent and his wife Kellie of Foxboro, Lisa and Gerald Maguire of Attleboro, his step-children Melissa and Paul of Swansea, Diane of Seekonk and Brian of Attleboro, his grandchildren Stephanie, Roger Jr, Meghan and Julia, his step grandchildren, Damon, Zachary, Jayden, Michaela and Evan; his sisters Carol Brennan and husband Mike and Ceil Weeman and her husband Bruce, he is also survived by nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Roger and Rita (Johnson) Parent, his sister Therese Lucia and his first wife Joan DeMayo Parent.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 11:00 am at St. Mary's Cemetery, Towne Street, North Attleborough, Massachusetts. Services are under the care of Duffy-Poule Funeral and Cremation Services, 20 Peck Street, Attleboro, MA.

Roger's legacy of love and dedication will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
