Farewell to a truly wonderful man. From our days when we started at SUNY Maritime until the day before your being called back to our Lord we shared so many stories and antics. I will miss our weekly telephone calls to checkup on each of us. It was my pleasure to have known you and I will miss you. May your Loving wife and Daughter remember the wonderful times spent together during this difficult time. I expect you to organize a hatch ball team in heaven and even Captain Nolan will be their. Fair Winds and a Following Sea always, may you rest in eternal peace forever.

Roger was a great classmate at Fort Schuyler and a very fine man. I am sure he will be greatly missed by both family and friends. The world could use many more Rogers in it right now. Be at Peace.
