Roger Poulin Obituary
Roger L. Poulin, Jr., age 58, died unexpectedly at home on Thursday, December 25, 2025. He was born in Augusta, ME on November 19, 1967 a son of Roger L. Poulin, Sr. and Diane M (Bradley) Poulin.
Roger was a 1986 graduate of Cony High School and was a member of Le Club Calumet.
He had been a self employed Mason for many years and had also worked for the City of Augusta School Department, Butch Champagne, Steve Welton, Erskine Academy, Pepsi Co., Dominos Pizza, the Calumet Club and most recently the Department of Transportation.
Roger will fondly always be remembered for his love of family and friends. First one to offer help or suggest someone who can. His love for music and dancing had him attending many concerts and festivals. A longtime fan of The Grateful Dead and Blues, not to mention many local bands that he always supported. Roger held value in sentimental treasures, he proudly could tell you a story for them all. Such a talented cook and enjoyed feeding his family and friends. Likewise, his feeders for his birds and black squirrels were always full.
Roger was pre-deceased by his mother, Diane M. (Bradley) Poulin.
He is survived by his son, Mason R. Poulin of Greenfield, MA; his father, Roger L. Poulin, Sr. of Augusta; his brother, Scott Poulin and his partner Kerrie Guite of Augusta; niece and nephew Savanna and Joseph Poulin; an aunt, Carol Champagne; several cousins and many friends.
There will be no public visiting hours. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Plummer Funeral Home, 16 Pleasant St., Augusta. Burial will be in the spring.
The family requests that donations in Roger's memory be made to: KV Federal Credit Union, 316 West River Rd., Augusta, ME, 04330, re: Roger L. Poulin, Jr. Memorial Fund c/o Scott Poulin.

I will miss Roger. Before my son moved in upstairs, my husband Kévin and I lived in the trailer across the driveway. He would always think of our needs. On my birthday, Christmas he would always have a hug for me. His kindness meant so much to me. My husband passed 5yrs ago. Roger was so thoughtful and kind. Pray for us up above my friend.
